holiday family photo strategy

It’s no surprise that J and I like to take family photos.

It’s nice to look back in years to come and have those family pictures. J’s mom and sister came to visit over Thanksgiving and we enjoyed a week of FUN outdoor activities, and we also took some families photos.

It’s hard when you want everyone in the shot, then you have to set up the timer… run back and forth…the whole deal… We have a Nikon, so our solution was this remote  I ordered from Amazon. It was the cheapest I found with good reviews, and it turned out to be a great purchase! You can buy it for either a Cannon or Nikon and takes up to a 10 ft range.

No more “setting the timer” and running back and forth to take another family picture.
(I am aware this is no new concept- but for us- game changer.)

Just wanted to share with any families out there who like to take pictures as much as we do!

Happy Christmas pictures taking!
